TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Bookings will only be regarded as confirmed upon receipt of deposit payment.
Any changes to booking details must be made in writing and will be of no effect unless acknowledged in writing by The Warwickshire Bar Company.
These Terms and Conditions will apply to all bookings whether or not confirmation has been received.
DEPOSITS, PRE-PAYMENTS AND SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
The Customer shall be required to pay a £200 refundable deposit to The Warwickshire Bar Company. The amount of deposit payable and the required date for receipt of the deposit are set out here:
The deposit is refunded upon completing a £650 minimum spend.
At the end of the event, the organiser or a nominated representative will sign to agree to the closing bar stock (if applicable) where the bar is being charged on consumption. Any queries concerning the accounts or complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the date stated on the invoice.
CANCELLATION BY THE WARWICKSHIRE BAR COMPANY
The Warwickshire Bar Company may cancel a booking without any liability being incurred whatsoever if:
- The venue is closed down due to events and circumstances beyond the control of The Warwickshire Bar Company such as fire, staff dispute or by order of the public authority
- The Customer becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation/receivership
- The Customer is in breach of any of the terms of this agreement
- Force Majeure: No liability is accepted for failure of performance due to strike, lockout, accidents, fire, floods, ice, obstruction or other such events beyond the control of The Warwickshire Bar Company.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
All cancellations by the Customer are to be made in writing to The Warwickshire Bar Company.
In the event of a booking being cancelled for whatever reason the following charges will be made:
- Less than 1 week 100% of the projected revenue
- Less than 4 weeks 60% of the projected revenue
- Less than 6 weeks 30% of the projected revenue
Any liability to any subcontractors or other direct costs or expenses incurred on behalf of the Client will also be charged to the Client.
PRICES AND QUOTATIONS
The Warwickshire Bar Company reserves the right to amend prices to take into account any changes in the rate of VAT or other taxes. Prices may be subject to change due to availability from the preferred supplier, however, The Warwickshire Bar Company will keep the Customer informed of any changes.
All quotes are for the equipment as listed. Should you decide to choose a different item then this will be reflected in the price.
The projected revenue shown is based on the quote received. Some changes may occur dependent on final menu choices and the number of guests.
Card payments are subject to network/signal availability and The Warwickshire Bar Company are not liable for issues caused. A minimum spend will still apply.
The staff cost quoted will provide you with the staff to service your event to the highest standard and is based on the timings specified. Please note that should the finishing time exceed the state; additional charges may be incurred.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
The Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to hire or company equipment, however, caused, from the time of delivery until collected by The Warwickshire Bar Company, or subcontractor, or returned by the Customer. Any loss or breakages will be charged at the full replacement cost.
We offer free delivery of any of our bars within a 30-mile radius. We charge £1 a mile thereafter.
The correspondence between the company and the client shall be taken as confirmation of the client’s agreement with and acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions. An exchange of letters /emails constitutes a contract.
We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any direct, special or consequential loss or other damages howsoever cause or any liability arising from the provision of our services except in the case of personal injury or death caused solely by our negligence.
In the event we are found liable, our liability shall be limited to the price which has been invoiced in respect of that particular event.
